1.1. Marie Zahn provides manual therapy services designed to promote wellness, pain relief, and relaxation. Her services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

1.2. Marie Zahn is a certified and trained professional, adhering to industry standards and ethical guidelines.

1.3. All clients must complete an intake form prior to their first appointment.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

2.1. Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked through our website in the provided form, by phone, email, or in person.

2.2. Cancellation Policy: I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.

2.3. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to accommodate other clients, and full payment will be required.

2.4. Provider Cancellations: Marie Zahn reserves the right to cancel an appointment without notice due to illness, personal emergencies, or inclement weather. In such cases, affected clients will be notified as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to reschedule at a convenient time.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payments are due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo at the time of your appointment.

3.2. Marie Zahn does not accept insurance. However, upon request, a receipt can be provided for clients wishing to use their flexible spending accounts.

4. Health and Safety

4.1. Client Responsibilities: Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect treatment. Failure to do so may result in adverse effects, for which Marie Zahn is not liable.

4.2. COVID-19 and Infectious Diseases: Clients exhibiting symptoms of infectious diseases are requested to reschedule their appointments.

4.3. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to drug or alcohol use, sexually suggestive remarks, or unwanted advances, will result in the immediate termination of the session. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the session.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

5.1. All services provided by Marie Zahn are intended for therapeutic purposes only. Results may vary by individual.

5.2. Marie Zahn is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the her services, unless caused by negligence.

6.1. Marie Zahn respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Marie collects and uses your data to provide and improve her services, including booking appointments, processing payments, and communicating with you.
